ksdev - Notice history

We have had many problems recently with the HABS PowerStrike website.

The site is hosted by one of our partners, Odoo, so there are no changes we can make on our end.

We will be reaching out to Odoo regarding these problems.

This incident has been resolved and response times have returned back to average levels.

The shAI service is back up and fully operational after experiencing an unexpected HTTP 503 error outage across multiple regions. Automated monitoring confirms the service has successfully recovered.

HABS PowerStrike - Odoo is back up.

We are unsure of the cause of the incident (which only lasted 2 minutes), however, the impact was 100% downtime for all users during that period.

The issue was certainly due to an Odoo server issue, as the site is hosted by Odoo.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

shAI Status is back up.

The downtime did not compromise the availability of shAI during this period, and shAI was responding normally during this period despite the detector flagging it as down.

The detectors identified shAI as available after 2 minutes of being unavailable.

We have launched an investigation into the issue to understand what caused an outage to be detected, despite no outage actually being caused.
